I'm a hands-on people and culture practitioner who loves working with and through others; supporting, engaging, uplifting and empowering people.

I have a diverse background and unconventional pathway into HR with experience across people and culture, operations, management and marketing.

I’m a holistic thinker who specialises in balancing people needs and business outcomes. I work in an open, collaborative and agile way. My sweet spot is startups ready to scale but I can work with any and all teams and organisations.
